Tribute:
Tribute gifts are special commemorative contributions instead of buying a traditional gift for a special occasion. The Foundation sends a tribute card to the honouree notifying them of a donor’s thoughtfulness and support of the Hospital. Tribute gifts may be given to the Foundation to celebrate the following occasions:
Honour a loved one, friend or medical staff member
Say thank you or send get-well wishes
Celebrate a birthday, anniversary, wedding, promotion, graduation, birth, Mother’s/ Father’s day, retirement or any other special occasion

In Memoriam:
A donation to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation in memory of a family member or friend is a meaningful way for you to express your sympathy. These contributions go on to help save and change the lives of patients right here in our community with the purchase of modern medical equipment for the departments of the Hospital.
The Foundation will send a card to the bereaved family acknowledging your thoughtful gesture, and you will receive a tax receipt and a note of thanks for your generosity. The amount of your donation is kept strictly confidential. If cumulative donations in the amount of $1,000 or more are received in memory of a loved-one, their name will be etched onto our In Memoriam Wall.
