The Rotary Club believes in community service projects as a fundamental part of its mission. Part of their way to contribute to the community is through donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation. Recently, the Rotary Club of Timmins-Porcupine made a donation of over $67,000 to the REIMAGINING HEALTHCARE campaign.
Samantha Genier, club president explained, “The Timmins and District Hospital is a vital cause for the Rotary Club of Timmins-Porcupine because strong healthcare is the foundation of a strong community. Our hospital provides essential, often life-saving care to residents across Timmins and the surrounding region, ensuring people can receive high-quality treatment close to home when it matters most.”

Une de ses façons de contribuer à la communauté est de faire des dons à la Fondation de l'Hôpital de Timmins et du district. Récemment, le Rotary Club de Timmins-Porcupine a fait un don de plus de 67 000 $ à la campagne « Réinventer les soins de santé ».
