The Timmins and District Hospital Foundation’s 30-million-dollar fundraising initiative is underway!
TADH is the exclusive Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) provider in northeastern Ontario, delivering essential imaging services for patients across the region. Under this project, the entire unit will be fully replaced to ensure continued access to advanced, reliable diagnostics. MRI is a painless, non-invasive technology that uses a powerful magnetic field to produce highly detailed images of the body. It is vital for joint and soft-tissue assessment, cancer detection and staging, neurological imaging, and many complex diagnostic investigations.

La campagne de financement de 30 millions de dollars de la Fondation de l’Hôpital de Timmins et du district est lancée !
TADH est le seul fournisseur d'imagerie par résonance magnétique (IRM) dans le nord-est de l'Ontario, offrant des services d'imagerie essentiels aux patients de toute la région. Dans le cadre de ce projet, l'appareil sera entièrement remplacé afin d'assurer un accès continu à des diagnostics de pointe et fiables. L'IRM est une technologie indolore et non invasive qui utilise un puissant champ magnétique pour produire des images très détaillées du corps. Elle est essentielle pour l'évaluation des articulations et des tissus mous, le dépistage et la stadification du cancer, l'imagerie neurologique et de nombreux examens diagnostiques complexes.
