Over the years, the Kiwanis Club of Timmins has been very active in the community, donating to many programs and organizations, including the Timmins and District Hospital. Most recently, the club has donated $10,000 to the REIMAGINING HEALTHCARE campaign. This allows the hospital to continue advancing care in our region.
Club president Paul Ouimette explained, “The Kiwanis Club of Timmins is committed to serving the children and families of our community, and we recognize the vital role our hospital plays in that mission. Supporting our hospital foundation through financial contributions is an investment in the health, well-being, and future of our community. A well-equipped hospital, combined with a dedicated staff of caring and courteous professionals, ensures that our children, families, and residents receive the quality care they deserve close to home. By supporting our hospital, we are strengthening the foundation of a healthier community for today and for generations to come.”

Au fil des ans, le Club Kiwanis de Timmins a été très actif au sein de la communauté, faisant des dons à de nombreux programmes et organisations, dont l’Hôpital de Timmins et du district. Tout récemment, le club a fait un don de 10 000 $ à la campagne «RÉIMAGINONS LES SOINS DE SANTÉ». Cela permet à l’hôpital de continuer à faire progresser les soins dans notre région.
Le président du club, Paul Ouimette, a expliqué : « Le Club Kiwanis de Timmins s’engage à servir les enfants et les familles de notre communauté, et nous reconnaissons le rôle essentiel que joue notre hôpital dans cette mission. Soutenir la fondation de notre hôpital par des contributions financières, c’est investir dans la santé, le bien-être et l’avenir de notre communauté. Un hôpital bien équipé, associé à un personnel dévoué composé de professionnels attentionnés et courtois, garantit que nos enfants, nos familles et nos résidents reçoivent les soins de qualité qu’ils méritent près de chez eux.
