About the Hospital
Timmins and District Hospital is a medium-sized hospital that offers a wide range of services including medical, surgical, critical care, maternity, newborn, pediatric, long-term care, mental health services, addiction, rehabilitation, complex continuing care, oncology, dialysis, specialist clinics and district-wide teaching, training and educational opportunities.
TADH operates 225 beds. It is a referral hospital for eleven hospitals across Northern Ontario and receives patient transfers at nearly three times that of other medium-sized hospitals in the province.
